Cascade & Vow offers two tried-and-true packages designed to make your wedding day smooth, efficient, and beautifully you. Each package is thoughtfully structured to provide clarity, organization, and support, while still allowing space for your personalities, priorities, and vision to shine. My goal for every celebration is to create an experience where you, your family, and your friends feel safe, heard, and genuinely relaxed—from the early planning stages through the final moments of your wedding day. With a calm, people-first approach, I’m here to guide you through the process and ensure your day unfolds seamlessly.

Day of Coordination Package

Timeline Meeting: A detailed meeting covering the logistics of the rehearsal all the way to the grand exit. 

Venue Walk-Through Meeting: Touring the venue together to go over layouts, locations, and more. 

Detailed Meeting: We will cover all things decor, signage, final details, and getting finishing touches. 

One-Hour Rehearsal: Will lead and run the rehearsal to make sure everyone feels comfortable the day of the wedding. 

Organizational Tools: Providing organizational tools such as check lists, a place to upload photos, frequently asked questions, and folders to keep your wedding day organized.

Twelve Hours Day Of The Wedding: One of the first vendors on site to one of the last ones to leave. 

Set Up & Break Down: From the very first candle set on the table to helping load it up in the back of a family member's trunk. We are there to help provide and coordinate it all. 

One Assistant: One assistant will join the day of the wedding to provide extra hands with the lead planner. 

Emergency Kit/First Aid Kit: An emergency kit that provides a bit of everything from safety pins, fashion tape, toothpaste and more. A First Aid Kit included with bandaids and basic medicines. 

Unlimited Advice Via Text & Emails: Have a quick question? Need an explanation? Can’t decide between “XYZ”? Cascade & Vow is available to help with all questions. 

Detailed Timeline: A detailed timeline will be created to perfectly fit your day. 

Vendor Communication: Will help provide communication with all other vendors involved including times, details, and information needed for Cascade & Vows to execute the day. 

Preferred Vendor List: A strong list of fantastic vendors who I  trust that will be the perfect fit for your wedding.

Full Planning Service

Unlimited Meetings: Unlimited meetings when needed by both planner or clients. This also includes attending meetings for/with other vendors. 

Budget Support: Helpful tips, tricks, and will keep the couple on track with their budget through out the entire process.

Finding Vendors: Will find the perfect vendor for your day and get everything lined up for just your signature and payment.

Venue Walk-Through Meeting: Touring the venue together to go over layouts, locations, and more. 

Design: Will bring your vision to life with designing a wedding day that is uniquely and perfectly you. This includes colors, theming, layouts, and much more.

Organizational Tools: Providing organizational tools such as check lists, a place to upload photos, frequently asked questions, and folders to keep your wedding day organized. Cascade & Vow will keep track of what is being worked on and give monthly updates.

Add On’s & Other Fee’s

Destination Wedding

Traveling for your wedding day? Cascade & Vow will travel anywhere to make sure the day you say “I do” is smooth, organized, and beautifully executed—no matter the location. With experience managing destination details and timelines, I bring clarity, communication, and peace of mind so your wedding feels effortless from start to finish.

With this add on you will choose either “Day Of Coordination” or “Full Plan” then details such as transportation, flights, accommodations, and more will be discussed with you for a final pricing.

Travel Fee

Staying within the PNW? Weddings in Washington and Oregon are not considered Destination Weddings by Cascade & Vow, but may have a travel fee.

  • If the wedding is taking place 70 miles from Cascade & Vow’s city (Bonney Lake), a fee of $150 will be added to the total bill.

  • If the wedding is taking place 100 miles from Cascade & Vow’s city (Bonney Lake), a fee of $150 will be added and hotel accommodations for two nights will be paid for by the couple.

Wedding Decor

Cascade & Vow has exclusive wedding decor items available for clients only. These items include bud vases, mountain peak arbor, donut wall, champagne wall, and MORE. Add On’s

The unexpected can happen during the wedding and more support maybe needed. Below are items that you may come across when planning. All items will be discussed in full with Cascade & Vow before billing.

  • Extra Assistant: If wedding is taking place in multiple locations or there is a large set-up/breakdown.

  • Budget and or Design Help: If you have the “Day of Coordination” Package, but want help with either of these it can be added on for $500 each.

  • Extra Meetings: Need to discuss something further then just an email or phone call? Extra meetings can be added on, including jumping into meetings with other vendors to help you with your planning. Each extra meeting is $200. ** “Full Planning Services” have unlimited meetings. This is intended for “Day of Coordination” Packages.
